look at my pic + you see the settings - its 3 , 3 here.
its the ticks offset from the last hour-Close.
it creates the lines + the zone.

Hey Max,

Do you know if there is a way to change the TRO hourly buy zone indicator to be a "half
hourly" buy zone indicator? I find that trades frequently set up on the half hour so I thought if I could get the indicator to read on the half hour it might be a good experiment.

Also, I'm finding that the indicator does not seem to function well on range bar charts. Is this me or the indicator?

Jeff that buyzone indicator is only for time based bars - no range, tick, point-o, etc.

i need some more words to what you wanna show me with the pic - lol -- dont get it !

I was just showing that the tape hides the edge of a channel when it is rising or falling so when the tape clears the edge of a large channel (donchian50 in the pict) it is easy to see and you can reverse your trade using the channel for a stop.

Donchian channel is the blue step lines in the pict.
