New to NinjaTrader. No experience in NT programming

Currently using NinjaTrader7

What would be the code for identifying High and Low of the bar with lowest volume of the day
and plot it on the chart?

In Amibroker, the code is as under:

n=day() != Ref(day(), -1 );
a=LowestSince(n,V);
hh=ValueWhen(V==a,H);
ll=ValueWhen(V==a,L);
plot(hh,"LVB H ",coloryellow,styleDashed);
plot(ll,"LVB L ",colorblue,styleDashed);
