Ninjatrader7, please, Modifying an in -built indicator, how can i save it as a copy without destroying the in-built. example , heiken- Ashi indicator, Thank-you
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
You can do this:
On the Control Center
TOOLS
then
EDIT NINJASCRIPT
then
INDICATOR
from the box that opens select the indicator you want to copy.
(i.e. HeikenAshi)
When it opens
RIGHT CLICK IN THE WINDOW
choose
SAVE AS
give it a different name.
Once the name is shown at the top of the window.
COMPILE or press F5.
If the indicator has some unique procedures or ENUMS it will complain and you will need to rename those in the new indicator.
But this one does not seem to be a problem.
