I'm looking at the ETH extended session but want to base an indicator on the RTH regular session. Does anyone have an example or information on how I can get the times of the regular session so that I can start plotting at these times in the extended session? I asked on the Ninjatrader support and they seem to be clueless or unwilling to help.

sorry, but I cannot understand why it should be so difficult to find this times.

I don't use NT, but you only have to open i.e. a 5-min-chart (with the RTH-template) the instrument you are interested and you should see the info you are searching on the time-axis.

Struggling with exactly the same thing right now. Ninjatrader can really make the api for session templates much better. You can access the sessions on the chart through the SessionIterator, but there is nothing that indicates if it is the RTH or ETH session. If they just expose the EOD flag that you set when setting up templates in the Session object, it would make development of indicators dependant on sessions so much easier. :-(
