What are the best Futures contacts to trade at 7pm-11pm EST or around 5am EST? Your responses are much appreciated.

I'm curious as well. FWIW, Forex pairs (6E,6B,6J) have some pretty good moves starting at the London open (3am EST), although overall volatility has been pretty low.

It seems to be much thinner at 7pm. Japan opens at 8pm EST, so maybe Nikkei and xJPY currency or AUDx currency pairs. Not ideal though - very inconsistent day to day.

I would only trade the 6E and 6J during the Asian session.
