I'm just here to tell everyone about a slip up in TD ameritrade's thinkorswim disclosure agreement. You can find it for yourself in section 3.3 of their disclosure agreement.

It says: "You may not use, " and then later..."or otherwise exploit the software for any purpose whatsoever."

I believe they wanted to say: you may not misuse.

I've already contacted TD Ameritrade about this...and they said they'll work on it but it's been maybe a week or so not sure and it hasn't been fixed yet.

LOL that's quite a find!! You just might be the first person to read all the way through the fine print, besides the one who wrote it. I've been on TOS since 2008 before it was sold to TD and never heard anything like this.

Did they ever get back to you?
