What are the instrument available in Ninja Trader

I want to do trading in foreign currency i.e USD/EUR. My question is I have downloaded the Ninja Trader 8 and added the dll in my winforms and I am able to connect to the server. I think I will need to call the ask function but how do I send the instrument? Is there any specific code for this? Thanks
