I would appreciate any info on the taxation of profits made by non-residents from futures trading in Germany. Is there any liability for capital gains tax from such trading by a company resident outside of Germany?

I'm not a qualified tax advisor, but as far as I know / have read / am sure: No.

(This might change as soon as we get an EU wide financial transaction tax which would probably deducted on Exchange level.)
