I am interested in learning about options on futures. I'd like to know what is appropriate/available for a trader interested for swing day trading or holding for around 2-3 days. I know NADEX offers bull/bear spreads. How do current CME products offer in terms of trading cost compared to ES? I'm interested primarily in directional trading with limited risk with bull/bear spread and/or options that will have delta near 1.
