Somehow ToS has tick charts for stocks. I'd like to trade SPY. The commissions are so high compared to others. Is there any way I can access tick charts and trade on the chart (important to me) with IB or something equally as cheap? Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Here's a video on how to add tick charts in ToS. I did a simple Google search and it was top video result.
