Hi guys, I thought maybe I should ask the questions here since you guys know better.
I'm thinking about moving to China down the road (not anytime soon), my wife (辽宁人) said that the government won't let people to trade US futures...is this correct?

the govenment can do any thing they want at any time. wright now from what i understand you can. they could change there mind with out notice and have all the traders shot, thinking a trader is someone that sell out his country. i would stay the hell out of there.
Well, the other alternative we both talked about is moving to Thailand, I know for sure its ok since Peter from Jigsaw is there also, Laos is another one but not sure about the internet infractracture there. Both my wife and I just starting to look around where to go when were starting to get a lot older because we both not fond of cold weather, more affordable living expenses, but most importantly is the food and culture
If everything goes as planned, planning to travel longer to those area in the near future and trying to find out more.
i would not want to need medical care in a third world country or own property there. the U.S. have isands in ASIA that have a lower cost of living. you have areas in Japan , South Korea. the French have islands there to. Japan has the lowest crime rate in the world. there are not guns or drugs there.
