Thank you everybody for your time. Just an update on the matter, they just stopped responding my emails and ignored my refund requests. Almost 3,000 dollars lost. Be careful all of you if you are with IQ Feed, we can put aside the issue of the money I will never see again but what I really can't believe is how they just ignored me and decided to hide. Well, never expected that kind of behavior from IQ Feed.

Maybe go to your bank or credit card and start a fraud dispute . Won't cost you anything but your time and you may recover some portion
