Hi,

I'm developing a trend trade system, looking at multi time frames to find the " longer term " trend . I'm using the daily chart as the main guide, than a 4 hour, 1 hour and 5 min chart.

As Indications I use a crossing system of 8 and 34 MA

I only look to trade for 3 hours and a maximum gain of 200 per contract, currently i'm using the NASDAQ futures to start with.

I already build in some factors that I only want to trade the starting trend when we are extended on the intra day chart for at least 50 points and the ma's are corrsing I will look to short/ long will be the other way.

Any tips to help me out further not sure if there are trend traders and what indications do you use?
