I heard this market is very active after 4pm CST. I started a trial of AMP and Metatrader and the market seems even slower than the NQ at this time - what is the problem?

mini Nikkei255 futures has tick size 5 points. If move 100 points its only 20 ticks. Better korean futures Mini Kospi 200 futures tick size 0,02 tick value 1000 KRW or Kosdaq 150 futures tick size 0,10 tick value 1000 KRW both have good volatility and liquidity tradable only through Interactivebrokers. Trading start 6pm CST (winter time) 7pm CST (summer time).
