Looking for a mentor in Phoenix/Tucson AZ

I am looking for a mentor in the Phoenix/Tucson area (I live in between them). I am retired military (26 yrs) and my trading so far has resulted in losses. I am using Tradestation. If there are any successful traders in the area willing to mentor/assist me, at your convenience, please let me know.
