About to finish up one of my monthly books and it has surprisingly helped me with a handful of items i didn't really know i needed help with.
The title of the Book is called Deep Work by Cal Newport, if you haven't guessed it is all about "Deep Work"!
If your having issues with getting in the "flow" of the day which is quiet frequently referenced in the majority of trading books but never really explained this could defiantly help. If your like me and can easily get distracted during your trading day due to your environment it goes into great depth about setting up areas so you can flow and get into deep work.
It is not designed to be a trading book but there are tons of real world examples. There are a handful of part that drag on but overall i'd defiantly add it to your list of books to read in your having any issues getting into the flow of things or really concentrating on the task at hand.. I am not associated with this book at ALL!!
