How on Earth do people find time to learn to trade and then trade. The very title day trader" is in conflict with "day job". I have tried for a while now and just can't find enough time. If you were starting over and only had from 8pm -11pm to trade and learn what would you do?

Thanks for the guidance ahead of time.

Its easy if you are from Europe. When Europe workday ends US workday begins.

Wake up realy and trade London or go bed late and trade Sydney markets.

Sydney opens at 5:00 pm to 2:00 am EST (EDT)

London opens at 3:00 am to 12:00 noon EST (EDT)

I'd choose to sleep from 8 until 2 then get up and trade the London session.
It is much better than Asia Session IMO (most days)

Trade a daily or weekly time frame. Initiate and manage your trades with the 2 hours you have.
