Is there a way in MultiCharts 11 .NET (C#) to get the session start time, bar, etc?

you can obtain session information via the SessionObject. You can find some examples here: https://www.multicharts.com/discussion/viewtopic.php?t=46121

Depending on the context you might also be able to use Bars.LastBarInSession to detect the last bar in a session and store date/time values on the following bar.
