Howdy. Two questions :

1. What needs to be configured to get the volume by price indicator to display bars from the start of the session? I cant figure this one out.

2. How do I display a second vertical line showing the US session time start? I have the standard session start line for European start but would also like to see the US. It only needs to display on the screen once the session starts I dont care about seeing where it is in the future.
