I updated the platform and now I am not able to login. It says error 10053.
Sierra linked me to "Network Comm or server error", and it says,
"If you updated Sierra Chart to a newer version, then some firewalls may block internet access". I off my Kaspersky firewall, and still it will not connect.
Anyone have experience similar problem before? I am using window 10.
Please advice, thank you.
