Can anyone code the Market Facilitation Index (MFI) from Bill Williams?

I use his indicators and strategies in Sierra Charts for Day Trading Futures, but the MFI that is available in Sierra Charts is not very good.

This link provides the detail and descriptions of the various colors necessary.

Market Facilitation Index (MFI) | Forex Indicators Guide

This is beyond my coding ability in Sierra.

If one is available, please point me to it.

Thank you!
