Hello all...I have joined as an elite member years ago but haven't done much on this forum. I recently stumbled across a couple of studys that I am trying to download. I click on the download button and it defaults to an MPEG2-TS video download on about 1kb, sometimes 2kb. I use TOS and I know you are supposed to copy the link and paste it in shared on TOS settings. I am not getting and options to copy a tos link no matter how I approach the download button. Any help would be appreciated.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
.ts extension is is an MPEG 'transport stream' type file, so your video player(s) will try to read it.
But it's also the extension for TOS scripts so nothing special: download the file and ask TOS to open it.
