I feel responsible for bob8662 coming into NexusFi and starting a trade journal. I understand why his thread probably got deleted. If he had talked more about how he used his methods to profitably trade GBP/USD, and didn't talk about money or his URL site, he probably would have been left alone.

I think he has a lot to offer the Currency trading community in here.

It's up to Mike and Sam if they want to give him another chance.

Regards,
Eric.

I went back and did a more careful reading of what kind of sim trading Bob was doing on his website. It turns out that he was waiting until after the trading activity was done for the day, and then going back and doing a bar-by-bar blind trading analysis of where he would have entered based on his rules...if he had taken the trade.

So, he wasn't even doing sim trading exactly. At least not on the cash forex market where you would have entry and exit markers on your chart generated by the sim server.

If he had set up a sim account and traded the sim account in cash forex on the London Open in real-time, and was accumulating 150 pips a week that way...that would be a different thing. It would have at least led you to believe that transitioning it to a Live account was feasible.

Just my thoughts,
Eric.
