There's probably a video somewhere on YT, but I don't know of one (and haven't looked).
What type of files are in the .zip files?
If they're .cpp (or uncompiled C++ code), you'll need to compile them to run them (refer to step 18 on this page).
If they're .dll files, you should/might be able to just drop them in your Data folder and find it in the 'Add Custom Study' area of the Studies - refer to this page.
