Displaying multiple indicators values as True/False on chart

Similar to setting up an Automated Trading Strategy, i'm looking for a way to create an area on my chart that shows the values of multiple indicators. Based on the status of that indicator value, I want it to print True or False (i have a set of rules that i want to program in). I don't want to get to a fully automated strategy where the order is placed, just enough data on the screen to determine if I want to get in based on the rules.

I have my ruleset defined on paper and in my mind, but I'd rather have a visual confirmation before I jump in. Any snippets or example code i can use?
