I recently read a story on Quora about an old alcoholic man who urinated on the wall of the house he was renting. A woman saw him doing so, said something to attract his attention and when he turned to reply to her it was grounds for arresting him for indecent exposure. He spent six months in jail, was evicted from his house, and is now a registered sex offender.
