I am trying to find out tape reading strategies, and become more comfortable initiating a trade predicated on time and sales. I know most places say that you just have to put in the time looking at the tape....but most places say that to spend the next 10 years in front of the tape. I firmly stick to Occam's razor in everything in life, and was wondering if anyone has found any useful strategies, insights, perspectives, or literature to share that doesn't include such broad amount of time/experience in front of the tape.
