I need afl for the below condition . =

H1 = high of 9.26 AM bar. (time should be variable) ;
L1 = low of 10.21 AM bar. (time should be variable) ;

buy = C>H1 ;
sell = C<L1 ;

This buy/sell arrows only for today's trading purpose... previous day signals should not be carriedout for next day....
