I haven't used NT7 now in over 1 year. I don't remember what max speed you can replay the markets at, but you can't replay day by day in the way I think you want.
In NT 8 you can play at 1000x and even "Max" speed, which means, usually a day can be played in a few minutes (depending on your PC speed).
