I am a Tradestation user attempting to conduct research on Euro Stoxx 50 index futures.
I have added the Eurex data subscriptions to my account as of several weeks ago, but i am unable to locate any charts within tradestation realting to the Euro Stoxx 50. After several attempts at contacting TS support without any luck, I am hoping someone may have already encountered and overcome this hurdle.
When seeking the Euro Stoxx 50 futures in TS i am unable to locate anything similar to the index futures even by manually scanning each entry in the full symbol list. This leads me to believe that the symbol may be simply unavailable.

when you are using the lookup set the root to FESX and make sure to select EUR or All for currency and set the country to Germany as shown on the image below.
