Ever since the start of August, I found that CL has been acting very strange. Volume had dropped significantly and just the overall behaviour has me confused. I've been trading this instrument for three years now, but never seen anything like this. Is it just me?

Forward Curve starting to flatten right out on an upmove which is pretty strange . I am thinking long term trend might be about to roll

Be interesting to see what happens tonite/tomorrow with all the Saudi news. Suspect it will be a very strong open, but we will see.

Yes will be interesting... wondering how RBOB gets impacted with this Saudi news.. RBOB is usually more volatile than CL if traded 1:1 crack instead of more traditional ways.. but being a derivative.. will it be slower to react to this Saudi news? i.e. if CL trades sharply higher.. RBOB is still playing catch up or will be the reverse due to volatility of RBOB?
