How to modify multiple similar attached orders in ACSIL?

I want to be able to write and ACSIL study that sends attached orders (parent, targets, and stops) based on certain conditions. Then I want to be able get all open attached orders and make sure that stops prices are trailing a custom offset from their parent price. If they are not, then I make sure they are. How would I go about this?
