I see a few old threads here, but nothing current. Trading futures (and in my case stock options) means that new forms and records must be filed with my income tax. I find online some recommendations for TradeLog and GainsKeeper, both of which are supposed to be geared toward day traders. I am interested in any opinions US traders might have on these or other programs that track the trades and prepare the special forms needed for this type of trading.
