I know there is a simple answer to this and I just can't find it. It seems I used to do it but it's been awhile since I traded in 7 on the DOM.

How do I place a sell order under the market or a buy order above the market to enter a trade? Is there something I have to enable, or a key I need to use?

That worked great. I've since switched to NT8. The middle click works on the DOM just like 7, but it won't fill. The price just moves by it without filling. What am I doing wrong on 8?

In the meantime, I noticed it worked on my CL DOM, but not the ES DOM. On the CL, I get a marker that says '2 limit' which is what I have my ATM set at. On the ES DOM when I do it, it brings up a marker with a window on it to put a number in with an X and a checkmark beside it. Anybody have any ideas about why it might be different while I wait on support?
