I have been a loyal cutomer with TD for over 35 years with large trading; but when I pointed flaws in their think or swim platform and asked them to correct the software they choose to deny. I demonstrated the error about a limited order automatically goes as a market order and trader are not getting a fair treatment as I lost big time on such trades. The kept their denial and I demonstrated it on live screen several times, their remedy was to give me a few free trades but refused to correct the problem. Finally I told them several of my friends have faced the same and a class action law suite would possibly result. They restricted my account and I am no longer allowed to trade. My account vales just plummeted and they are not responding to my request for compensation? Does any one share my experience?

I bet when you signed on you agreed to arbitration in case of disputes. This likely limits your ability to sue.

Check with a lawyer, but if your damages aren't at least 5 figures, you probably will never come out ahead, even if you win.

Good Luck!

... Does any one share my experience?

remind me when I used SierraChart and having data feed problem resulting in a loss.
I asked for compensation and the answers were;
-From SC: not their problem, that is data feed problem.
-From data feed people (forget their name name now): not their problem, the sign agreement stated clearly they are not responsible for anything happen to customer (me).

I would better understand their contracts with Citidel etc and PFOF and that will probably explain anything you're seeing here.
