Overnight - No
In my experience intraday leverage is very broker-customer specific. Very different for somebody with real assets at a broker they have traded with for years, versus somebody opening a new account with minimal assets. I've heard of people being allowed to day-trade with just 10% of the overnight/exchange margin requirement, but not something I have done myself.
