Stop limit order canceled by IB?

Never had this problem before but it happened twice since last week. Was trading 6N and placed a stop limit sell order below the last bar while the current price was above. It must be IB because when I switched to Sim account it works (I use NinjaTrader 8). Last week's instrument I forgot, either GC or CL or one of the FX pairs. It takes forever to connect to someone from IB with chat or phone. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks! Jack
