Problem I have is getting all the chart data to populate the window. As of now the historical data will only go back a few days. I have selected 50 days back from the prefs but it makes no difference.
Am I missing something?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I thought I might be an exchange problem but its the same on all symbols. I can only get 4 days of data in each chart window.
In the past I have used different brokers such as Amp and IB and whenever I have changed the "Data Range" its worked fine but I can't get anywhere with this.
this sounds more like a limitation on your provider side (for example a demo login might have a limited number of history only) and I would suggest contacting them directly.
You can check in the Event Log of the Multicharts Quotemanager if the platform is requesting the data.
