I plan to subscribe to Tradestation Analytics, that's the software only package without brokerage service for $99.

I will use it to backtest and all.
I need full charting period for stocks: 4AM East -> 8PM East.

Can someone using Tradestation Analytics confirm I will get that? I got ambiguous answer from their Chat people saying premarket is from 8AM.

Also for the tradestation Brokerage, can trades be placed before 8AM?

$99 platform fee doesnt include globex data. I pay around $35 for data + platform (free). if you are trading globex futures, you may place a trade anytime. For markets that are closed (stocks, ETF ), I dont think TS will let you place a trade ( I only trade futures, so I might be wrong here)

With TS, stock trading is open from 7am CT to 7pm CT, although I do not trade stocks anymore.

The platform and data should be the same for trading or just analytics. As said above, data is extra.

TS has a new deal with free platform for a slightly higher commission, or $50/year if you don't trade. You need to deposit some money however ($2k?).

Old deal is lower comm. but need 10 round trips in futures to cover platform cost.
