After he went on his tantrum, they basically told him to beat it LOL... quite justified IMHO... but that message got deleted. Too bad, I for one appreciate the no-BS, non-PC attitude they bring to the table. Take it or leave it.
I've always loved the pugnacious attitude of whoever writes the SC "support" material. I do have to put quotes around "support," but if they think you're an asshole they are perfectly willing to say so, and to tell you not to waste their time.
LOL indeed, there is a price to be paid. It's almost like the masochist's choice in trading platforms. That said, I don't know that I could use anything else after plowing through that learning curve. Those who have survived SC boot camp are the Marines of the trading world. The drill instructors on the support board never let you forget it
