In this session, we take a look at what it takes to become a consistently profitable trader, drawing on extensive experience working with both retail and professionals traders, Peter will take us on a walk through various factors that impact the path of a trader from novice to success.
Some of this is looking at baggage that holds many traders back as well as non-trading experiences that seems to have a huge positive impact. We follow that with a look at the development cycle and pace, so that you can ensure measurable progress.
We look at the most common things that derail traders and then finally, we circle back to the prop world at a very specific skill the firms want to see traders develop.
Probably not a topic that most people are interested in. Most traders, I think, want to focus on charts and indicators and time frames to use when trading.
Traders need this however to first understand the framework into which they fit as traders, This webinar points out how personality, attitudes, beliefs, cognitive thinking, creative and analytical thought processes and a host of other topics can effect your trading and your success as a trader.
Very well done Peter. I need to go back now and take some notes and do some personal introspection on what I can do and what parts OF MYSELF I need to look at and possibly change. Stop changing trading stuff and start changing myself.

I am interested to watch this webinar and have one question. Is it possible to see Mr. Hoagland's track record, which confirms this particular methodology. It would be interesting to see how this methodology worked in October - December 2018. Just wondering. Thank you.
It is a one hour webinar, if you're interested just watch it. If you do you will see there is no Mr Hoagland, he works at Topstep Trader , and there is no particular methodology discussed.
So simply an informative hour of Peter Davies' opinions based on thoughts and considerations that have come about from his interactions with professional traders who do actually trade for a living. Well worth watching IMHO.
