Okay guys, There is a dude that's selling me a lifetime key for Ninjatrader, He said that he will give me his serial because he lost his bankroll and doesn't want to know anything about trading but at the begininng he bought the platform and now he want to sell the key, I told him that I wanna pay through Ebay or something like that to secure my payment, but the real question is, Can I really use that key to verify my platform and have a lifetime platform? If so Can he later send a letter to ninjatrader support and take back the key?Is it possible to buy the platform that way? Thank you very much for your help and if it's a silly question, I am sorry.

The issue is not so much about him taking back his key, it's about what the license terms say about transferring the license from one party to another. While some vendors/jurisdictions allow this, others don't.
You are better off contacting NinjaTrader support and asking what their policy is.
Specific language from our Terms of Service Agreement:
Lifetime licenses are for non-concurrent use, they are non-transferable, and can only be used by the
individual that purchased the license. Lifetime licenses cannot be sold or bartered in the future and if
such actions are taken the license can be terminated at Company’s sole discretion.
