I think he wants the bar to be a certain color if the low = open and close = high

AssignPriceColor(if low == close and high == open then Color.PINK else if low == open and high == close then Color.LIME else Color.CURRENT);

That should work. Paints wick-less red candles PINK and wick-less green candles LIME. You can change the colors to your liking. Here are the thinkscript colors.

Cyan if candle opens at low or closes at high and Dark Orange if candle opens at high or closes at low
