I'm going to be installing ceiling LED lights in my office. Small office, so I'll use 4 x 4" LEDs. 2 across in the back half of the room (behind my chair) and 2 across in the vicinity of my chair, desk and monitors.

Do you prefer to have the lights over your head, over the desk or over the monitors? I'm trying to figure out where to position them so I don't end up with glare off the monitors. Thanks in advance for any tips.
