Have you submitted this to NinjaTrader and got a ticket number? You can do this straight from your platform or via their forum.

I have had a look at the release notes for the impending 8.0.20.0 release (early Dec) and I couldn't see anything that addressed this issue. Your best course of action is to contact NT.
