I'm thinking you would benefit from a laptop with a GPU, a newer generation CPU, maybe with more cores, or even an i7. Possibly also you'll want to be able to expand the RAM at some point.

The answer to this question depends on what you plan to do with NinjaTrader. Also it depends on your personal tastes.
CPU: The i5-8265U is a low TDP (power consumption 15-25W) quadcore processor with a passmark of about 8,000. I would personally go for a processor that is twice as fast, with a passmark of about 15,000. CPU speed is quintessential for running complex indicators on high definition charts (Calculate.OnEachTick or Calculate.OnPriceChange), for running orderflow tools and running backtests. I would not fool around with a weak CPU.
Graphics Adapter: Anything will do, if it allows for connecting the number of monitors that you need. I would not purchase any trading PC that does not allow for connecting 3 monitors.
Hard Disk: A SSD is a must-have. Backup of my historical data base took 10 days with two conventional hard drives, but only 2 hours with two last generation SSDs. The problem of the NinjaTrader data base is that it consists of lots of little files - my data base has about 1,800,000 files. Conventional hard disks have to spin around before they find the physical location of the file which results in slow access times. It is not only the data transfer rates that makes the SSD fast, but it is the lightning fast access time. Copying my NT historical data base from 1 SSD to another was about 100 (!) times faster than copying it from 1 SATA hard drive to another.
RAM: 16 GByte is definitely enough, unless you load high resolution charts with a lookback period of 10 years and orderflow indicators .....
Summary: Take a faster CPU and make sure that your data is sitting on a last generation SSD (NVME SSD M.2 PCIe).
