Is there any way to limit the position size on live accounts or combine accounts like on TST? I did a quick google search and it seems this is only possible for sim accounts. Is it possible to have an indicator or something that limits your position sizing?

I think you can limit position size when setting up account or editing account settings

Try this:
In the Control Center window, go to the Accounts tab.
Choose the live account you want to restrict, then right-click and scroll down to "Edit Account..."
The Max Position field should allow you to set a maximum number of contracts.
