Hi! I have been developing EAs for MT4 for a long time but for various reasons I want to give Ninjatrader a chance (I have lifetime license). I would like to ask experienced developers on the NT platform for some tips. Is there a free template strategy to get started so I can inspect the code and reverse engineer? Any other more general tips or resources I should know about? Thanks in advance!

Ed

Hi Ed.

You can use the NinjaScript wizard to create a basic strategy. It'll give you a skeleton good enough to work with.

Plus there's a bunch of built-in sample strategies that are not locked, so you can go through their code as well.

much appreciated Samir! For others looking I can recommend checking out the courses on Udemy made by Yuri Zolotarev. They saved me many hours of research.
