I would like to test investment ideas. The winner or winners would then be my RothIRA account portfolio model. Thanks Brett

Ninja Trader and Meta Trader are the most popular tools that I have observed - however it does depend a bit on the asset-class as both are more focused on FX trading.

NinjaTrader its not the best option, if you are computer savy try R language or Python otherwise look into Amibroker for Portfolio modeling.

I also received a response from WardSystem's and their product NeuroShell Trader can do it as well. I'm looking at learning Python as a longer term plan for me to implement some A.I. into my ideas.
