I look to this part of NexusFi site and here..... No one active users. I`am ask question about algo trading on main page of NexusFi and no answers.

This thread you started has been moved from the "Hire a Consultant or Programmer" forum to the "Traders Hideout" forum.
The "Hire a Consultant or Programmer" forum is only for requests to hire a paid consultant to do a specific programming job for you, for money. The posts cannot be replied to except by PM from someone who is responding to your offer, which means no one could publicly reply, and you would not have received the feedback you were looking for.

Edit: If I have misunderstood what you wanted, and you really wanted to hire someone, then you will need to be more specific in your request than "I'm looking for people who are in this topic and with whom I can team up." You will need to lay out a real proposal that you want to have someone work on, and which you are ready to pay for.
